Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using HabitNinja, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app. As an EU-based developer, we comply with EU consumer protection laws including the Consumer Rights Directive and GDPR. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union.

2. Use of the App

HabitNinja is a personal habit tracking application. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Free and Premium Features

HabitNinja offers free features available to all users and premium features accessible through a paid subscription. Free features may be changed or limited at our discretion. Premium features require an active subscription.

4. Subscriptions

HabitNinja offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancelling a subscription will not result in a refund for the current billing period — you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by EU law, HabitNinja and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or interruption of service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of HabitNinja is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or App Store page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia and, where applicable, the regulations of the European Union including the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
